About Us

touchtechWhat you can expect from us

Webwizards have been creating websites in Wigan and the North West since 2009. In that time, we have built an impressive portfolio of clients both large and small. We see no difference between a nationwide company and a sole-trader business, both are equally important and both get our full attention.
We believe that every business needs a website, because without one you are invisible to anyone searching the web for businesses like yours.

And if you’re going to have a website, it may as well be the best!

But we also know that one size doesn’t fit all, so what might be right for one client may be completely wrong from someone else. Which is why we can tailor our packages and products to suit your individual needs. As a standard, websites generally comprise a minimum of 5 pages, but if you only need 3, we’ll work with that, and adjust the pricing accordingly.

On the other hand, if you need 12 pages but can only afford 10, we’ll work with that too; we won’t raise the price to the level of a 20 page site because you’ve exceeded the 10.
You’re not going to pay for things you don’t need; nobody likes to be over-charged, so we don’t do that to our clients.

How it all began …

Webwizards began with an idea taken from an article by Times journalist Stephen Hoare about women in IT; female ‘web wizards’. That idea, coupled with a drawing by a 9 year old girl who grew up to be an accomplished musician, formed the basis of what was to become Webwizards.
Mr. Hoare provided the name and the inspiration, and the little girl, now known as Ramona Rose provided the basis of what would become the Webwizards logo.
We are grateful to them both.
